We will advise you on the best providers and options in terms of your needs and budget. As independent advisers we review the NZ market for presentation to you. Options shown here are for Nil Excess and $500 Excess

How much does it cost?

All our schemes have the full scheme or a key portion of it funded by the employer.
The costs are dependent on the size, gender and average age of the group and occupations.
Employees can opt to top up for additional benefits not offered.
Example: Indicative Cost as at January 2017 per person.

What is the process to implement a scheme?

  1. We clarify what you need by a face to face meeting in person or online.
  2. We use your employee profile to research the market and present all relevant providers with our recommendations
  3. We implement your scheme including, staff presentations, applications and on-going administration in partnership with your provider. We are not the insurer and are available for advice and claims as well as any non-routine queries.
  4. We review your scheme with you every year and check the market of providers as required or every 2 – 3 yrs with you. (Plan - Do - Review)

(Where disabled for >10hrs per week)
Monthly payout usually 75% base salary 2 yr to Age 65 or 70 benefit terms. Wait period options of 4,8 and 13 weeks
Trauma Cover
(40-50 conditions most claimed being heart, stroke, cancer)
Tax free Lump Sum of $50,000 is a common position.
Total Permanent Disability
(Can’t return to own occupation)
Typically a multiple of Annual Base salary is considered. 1 x; 2x and 3 x
Life Cover
(Includes terminal Illness and funeral cover)
Typically a multiple of Annual Base salary is considered. 1 x; 2x and 3 x

How much does it cost?
